Ticket exchange or cancellation policy:
Subscriptions and individual ticket buyers who are prevented from coming to the concert, will send an email up to 24 hours before the concert time, only subscribers who have announced their ticket cancellation will be able to use it for another concert, email info.ens21@gmail.com
Tickets that were not used in the previous season can be converted into tickets for the next season, provided that the ticket holder bought a subscription for the next season. The various options for exchanging unused tickets will be communicated to you by e-mail during the season, from a selection of concerts that will take place in the Discovery Series and the Box Hall.
